The purchase of tickets will always be done through a registered user.
Your registration will also allow you to access the client private area, identifying yourself with your user name and password. From this area you can:
Payment of the reservation must be made 7 days before the visit, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Tickets may be purchased between 7 days and 24 hours before the visit, but in this case, no reservation can be made and the tickets must be paid for directly.
Groups should show the presentation letter of their center at the box office, and be supervised by teachers, school monitors or tutors.
Those who made the payment for the total amount of the purchase will be sent an issue note attached as a PDF file to the e-mail address provided. Those that only made the reservation will receive a confirmation e-mail.
