Textbooks tell students about Babylon. Timewalk Immersive Museum Experience is a history school trip where they walk through the Ishtar Gate. Our School Group Experience takes your class through 12,000 years of human history, across five civilisations: Göbeklitepe, Babylon, the Maya, Ancient Egypt and Rapa Nui. Every student has their own audio guide, so they discover each civilisation at their own pace. It has all the educational value of a museum visit, without the glass cases and the glazed-over faces.

Planning Your School Trip

  • Getting here: Immerse LDN, ExCeL London. 7 minutes' walk from Custom House station.
  • Coaches: £50 flat-rate coach parking per day (pre-book), or use the drop-off at the West Taxi Rank.
  • Lunch: Seating on the ExCeL Boulevard, first come, first served.
  • Before you come: Download the teacher brochure for curriculum notes and visit logistics.

Where can the visitors eat lunch? There are seating areas within the venue's main Boulevard that can be pre-booked by school groups wanting to eat a packed lunch as part of their visit. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Please use this link to book these spaces.
Is there parking for coaches? Coach and Minibus parking is available to schools that have pre-booked parking using this online form. Coach and Minibus parking is charged at a flat rate of £50 per day.
Drop-off and pick up only, is also available at the West Taxi Rank only, postcode E16 1XL.
